This Policy explains how ANGETKOUTCHI, publisher of Offrly, collects, uses, retains and protects personal data.

1. Data controller
ANGETKOUTCHI is the controller of personal data processed for Offrly.
2. Data collected
Account data
- Name, email address, company name and account role;
- login credentials, encrypted password and login history.
Billing data
- Billing identity, address, country, email and VAT number where applicable;
- purchased plan, amount, date, payment status and billing history.
Complete card details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by Offrly.
Licence and technical data
- Licence key, plan, activation, expiry, domain and activation history;
- store URL and name, WordPress, WooCommerce and Offrly versions, language, timezone and diagnostic logs.
Campaign and Cloud analytics data
- Campaign names, product identifiers, prices, dates, rules, status and action history;
- campaign revenue, order counts, average basket, product statistics, comparisons, alerts and synchronisation data.
Where possible, Offrly limits final-customer data and uses aggregated or strictly necessary information.
Support data
Email address, messages, screenshots, technical information and support history.
3. Purposes
Data is used to create and manage accounts, activate licences, provide Offrly, connect WooCommerce stores, synchronise campaigns, display analytics, generate alerts and recommendations, provide support, manage billing, prevent fraud, secure and improve the service, and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
4. Legal bases
Processing relies, as applicable, on performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent.
5. Offrly Cloud data
Technical, commercial and statistical data may be synchronised to display and manage campaigns, monitor performance, send alerts and prepare recommendations. Offrly Cloud is not intended to collect full personal data about a store’s end customers.
6. Offrly AI
When enabled, campaign, product and performance data may be analysed to generate suggestions. Offrly AI does not make decisions producing legal or commercial effects without human validation.
7. Recipients
Data may be accessed by authorised ANGETKOUTCHI personnel, necessary hosting, payment, billing, customer-support, transactional-email, security and technical providers, and competent authorities where required by law.
8. Processors and third-party services
Offrly may use providers for hosting, payments, billing, email, support, analytics, security and AI. A current processor list may be provided on request or published separately.
Offrly uses Funnelytics to measure page views, understand navigation journeys and attribute visits and conversions to marketing campaigns. Processed information may include visited URLs, traffic sources, campaign parameters, technical browser information and website events.
9. International transfers
Where providers process data outside the European Union, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under applicable law.
10. Retention

Data may be kept longer to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or defend legal rights.
11. Security
ANGETKOUTCHI implements reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted passwords, backups, monitoring and secure communications. Users remain responsible for protecting their own WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting and Offrly access.
12. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Contact support@offrlypro.com. Identity verification may be requested where necessary.
13. Complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL. We invite you to contact us first so we can review your request.
14. Cookies
Offrly may use cookies for operation, security, preferences, audience measurement and service improvement. Where consent is required, preference controls may be provided.
15. Emails
Transactional emails concerning accounts, purchases, licences, subscriptions, billing or security are necessary to provide the service. Marketing emails require the appropriate permission and include an unsubscribe option.
16. WooCommerce end customers
Merchants remain responsible for informing their customers where their use of Offrly involves personal-data processing. Offrly limits synchronised data to what is necessary.
17. Changes
This Policy may be updated for product, regulatory, provider or processing changes. Users may be notified of material changes.
